To become a writer for Plumb Bob Press, you have to apply. You fill out an application and submit a test column as part of the application. You'll see in the application a button that allows you to upload a file. The file you send can be a text file or a MS Word Document.
It's mission critical that you follow the instructions to the letter. That's part of the test - to see if you can follow instructions. I urge you to carefully read the instructions in the following document and then proceed to write your test column. After you have the column finished, then fill out the application, and use the tool inside the application form to submit your work.
